Violet is a short, skinny speck of mostly human adorable. She's barely 5'5" and she is so skinny that strangers tell her that she needs to eat more. Like really, can we say rude? She knows she's skinny, shut up about it. She's generally tan in the spring and summer because she's an outdoorsy girl and it's her mother's time topside. Once her mom heads downstairs (fall and winter), Vi's skin gets a pale pallor, like she's sick, and her usually lustrous and shiny brown hair turns limp and brittle. Winter sucks, let's be real. Her eyes are insane: at first glance they look blue, maybe green, maybe some weird blue green greyish amalgamation, but nope. They're all that and more. She has central heterochromia so she has a ring of orangey gold around her pupils. She also has a huge C shaped scar on her torso running from hip to breast on both sides -- she likes to tell people it was a shark bite. She has yet to lose a Jaws style scar contest because it is admittedly epic. She has a tattoo on her right arm of a crowned pomegranate crossed with a sickle over the letters SPQR and twelve horizontal lines for her twelves years spent at with the Legion. She favors shorts and tee shirts, usually layered over a long sleeve tee shirt or jeans and a hoodie when it's cold. The only items of jewelry she wears every day is her wedding ring and Luthir's on a thin silver chain around her neck.

Violet possesses the power of chlorokinesis, in that she can manifest and manipulate plant life with her mind, a trait many other children of gods and goddesses can do (children of Demeter and Dionysus, notably.) When she is nervous tiny wildflowers tend to sprout at her feet. In this power is also the ability to make bridges and other such structures out of vines and roots, so she is pretty handy when it comes to camping. During the fall and winter, these powers are diminished and take far more effort out of her but in spring and summer (especially spring as it is her mom's domain), she is a force to be reckoned with. On top of that, she's proficient in a number of weapons from her years training in Roman legionary warfare. She can wield a gladius with ease, but a spatha or a spear are her undoing because she is much too small for either. She's not horrible with a dagger, but the bow is her forte and her arrows are noticeable from the bright pink fletchings she makes herself. Her bow, thankfully, is just pale grey with wear and age. More mundane abilities are lock picking, magic hair braiding skills of fabulous awesome, looking adorable in Roman legionary armor, knowing the entire discography of Elvis Presley, and the special skill of applying eyeliner without looking. She can lick her own elbow. Take that shit right to the bank, amiright?
